PHOTOGRAPHER RULES AND REGULATIONS:

All Photographers requiring access to the event must contact the Asean Football Federation (AFF) / National Associations and complete the necessary application procedures to clear your request.

All Photographers requiring pitch-side access must wear the Photographer (PHOTO) Identity Bib.  Photographer bibs are available from the stadium media centre in exchange for your Media Accreditation Card.

Team Start Lists will be made available 45 minutes before kick-off in the media centre.

Access onto the field of play is NOT permitted at any time, including before and after the game.

Before the game you may shoot the line-ups of the teams from the touchline, but you must not enter the field of play.

Once the game starts you must shoot from behind either goal.  You are required to stand behind the advertising boards and will not be allowed to change sides until half-time, the end of regulation time, or the start of extra time.

Photographers are not allowed to rest, lean against or hang your equipment on the perimeter advertising boards at all times.

Photographers must request permission from AFF / WSG prior to placing your remote camera(s) in front of the perimeter advertising boards.  Failure to do so will result in removal of your camera or equipment from the location.

When changing ends, you should pass along the far side of the pitch behind the advertising boards.  Under no circumstances will you be allowed to shoot from either touchline during the match.

After the match, you may return to the touchline to cover the MVP presentation, if any, but you must not enter the field of play.

The coaches of the two teams will attend a press conference that will commence immediately after the match.  Photographers are invited to attend.  At the post-match press conference all photographers must stand near the back of the room and allow journalists to sit at the front.

Please follow the instructions of the event organizer and AFF / Host Association / WSG staff present at the stadium.

Refusal to adhere to these regulations may result in your expulsion from the stadium and you may also be refused entry to future AFF events.

ENG & RTV RULES AND REGULATIONS:

World Sport Group (WSG) is the exclusive owner of all television rights relating to the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012.  All ENG / RTV television crews must be accredited before being allowed entry to the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012.  Please contact Ms. Sonniya Suppiah, s.suppiah@worldsportgroup.com.sg, to obtain the necessary approvals.

Please follow the instructions of the event organizer, Asean Football Federation (AFF) / World Sport Group (WSG) staff present at the stadium.

FOR ENG

Upon approval, only ONE ENG camera per media organization will be allowed into the stadium.  News coverage of a particular day’s events may not be longer than two minutes.  Sports anthology series and magazine shows must clear rights directly with WSG.

ENG crews are limited to a maximum of one cameraman, one producer and one assistant.  ENG crews are ONLY allowed entry to the Pre and Post Match Press Conference as well as the Mixed Zone area in the stadium.

ENG crews may only interview players or coaches at the Press Conference or at the Mixed Zone.

The coaches of the two teams will attend a press conference that will commence soon after the match ends. RTV crews are invited to attend.  At the post-match press conference, all ENG cameramen must set-up and operate only from dedicated camera positions.

Refusal to adhere to these regulations may result in your expulsion from the stadium and you may also be refused entry to future AFF events.

 

FOR RTV

Accredited RTV crews must pick up the RTV bibs from the WSG Broadcast Services Manager on-site.  Crews will be asked to exchange their MEDIA accreditation cards for bibs.  Accreditation cards will be returned to crews ONLY when they return the bib at the end of the match.

Bibs will allow RTV crews pitch-side access, and they must be worn without demand.  Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the stadium.  Only RTV cameraman will be allowed to access the pitch during the match. The reporter or assistant will have to be seated in the media tribune seats. Please contact WSG Broadcast Services Manager for further information and coordination.

RTV crews shall remain behind the goals and advertisement boards at all times and may not approach the team benches.

Pre & Post Match Stand-Ups – HB and Rights-Holding crews may make stand-up reports at pitch side before and after the match.  These stand-ups will take place between 60 and 20 minutes before kick-off.  Post-match stand-ups are usually carried out 10 – 15 minutes after the end of the match.

RTV Stand-Up Positions – RTV crews may only make stand-ups behind the goal.  All stand-ups must be finished 20 minutes before the start of each match.

RTV crews are not allowed to rest, lean against or hang their equipment on the perimeter advertising boards at all times.

When changing ends, RTV crews should pass along the far side of the pitch, behind the advertising boards. Under no circumstances will crews be allowed to shoot from either touchline during the match.

NO television cameras, except Host Broadcaster cameras, will be allowed in the stands.

RTV crews may not go on to the pitch to interview players after the match.  Only the Host Broadcaster and broadcasters using the flash interview facility (by arrangement with WSG) may interview anyone at pitch-side at the end of the match.
